Fish attractors at Nolin

We worked Saturday afternoon making some nice fish attractors at Nolin ...WE tied some cedar trees down . I hope it pays off come April .

Then some dudes in a Bass Boat ...came up & took pictures of us , I dont know why they were doing that ? Maybe to report us to the Fish Police...or maybe to mark that spot

the spot is supposed to be reported and available to the public. Never had luck fishing wooded cover at Nolin. Fish are on the flats, at least the ones I catch.

I planted x-mas trees for years at nolin and then found out you are supposed to get a permit to do that....i think the reason is so that they inform you as to what type material can be used for attractors and what can not. If they caught you planting any type wood i dont think they would fine you but i dont know about any other type attractors ?
