Kygorski, you know most of the guys on here are Obama supporters, and knowing their beloved President Obama will be replaced, by one of the magnificent two, just has them all to sad to be on the global communicator.

See what happens in here when we take away the political talk? You guys have nothing else to talk about. It's quiet as a mouse in here. Boring too.

    I'm waiting for1/21/17

first day in office for who ever wins, will there be a second day? I chose not to vote again this month. there was a vote for wet or dry, and I didn't care either way.Wet won, but even if it not, alcohol is only 30 miles away by package, but some of the resturants already serve drinks. Now lets have an open carry vote on firearms. H-ll yes I'm for open carry.

I vote yes for open carry but still prefer to conceal carry

Why would you want to telegraph to your potential enemies that you are carrying a gun? You have lost the element of surprise and that's the most important thing to retain IMHO. I would vote to carry but I prefer to not openly carry and let everyone know that I'm armed.

    Cause it's a right!

Why do you need permission to enjoy a right that is yours by the second a amendment? We are already losing the right to a free press when a person or persons can control content of the news. Thats another reason I choose NPR on my car radio.

Self Imposed banishment until after the election

Honestly, it was getting a little too heated.

I have lots of friends here, and even some on the other side.

I'd prefer to talk politics, but there ain't no convincing anyone of an opposing view. AND there are way , way too many opinions here, including mine.

If the players here would be interested in creating some by laws for posting political issues, I think it could work, but the conversations always ended in my IDIOT is better than your IDIOT.....

I will tell you this though..........for the first time in my life time I've been told that I advocate violence against women because I support Trump.

That kind of crap is totally and completely uncalled for.

Folks on the ultra ultra left and ultra ultra right are crazy.

    were losing common ground

The middle is shrinking.[even mine],There is less and less common ground today.Like you said, I wont change your politics, and vice versa. There is more to life than "left or right" but we are failing to see that. theres been democrats and republicans all my life, and before that even. But something has changed and now people are becoming rabid. My america is slowing fading away. Mt tolerance is shrinking, and I don't like it.The two great dividers, God and politics have taken over.

it's been awhile sense I've been on here, what are you talking about, the political talk has been taken away, I thought this was an open forum, to me there is nothing as boring as a conversation about a ball game or golf game, but I don't mind it being on here, I just ignore it, this site was fun to check into when the magnificent seven were on here, agreeing with each other on whatever one of them said, kind of like watching your favorite cartoon on Saturday. I always liked reading your post as well my friend, you take care, and throw a few back now and then...
