    Cumberland

Big bags being weighed in & lots of big fish being caught & it's been on pretty strong for the last month& a half. Find bait in the creeks & the fish are there.

Snap your fingers and they'll jump in the boat

Yea, I'm hearing if you whistle and snap your fingers twice they'll be jumping in the boat and flipping into the livewell.

Joking aside, getting mixed reports of those slaying them and guys catching a couple. There is a apparently a pattern and only some know it.

ive had some pretty big winters on cumberland, but this one is THE BEST in over 40 yrs of fishing this lake. as far as patterns go, like les said earlier, if the bait is there, the fish are there. the only problem is it wont be long until the stripers find the bait and the bass are gone. but its simple, go find more bait lol.
i will say this, the guys that are consistenly catching big sacks of fish are fishing A LOT, and staying with the fish. it would be pretty difficult to fish once every couple of weeks and consistently produce.

p.s. my big bite has been jerkbaits, my neighbors big bite has been crankbait, another neighbor has 3 rods laying on the deck with jigs on every rod.

Man, I love posts like this..........

LOTS of good info, and if I were headed that way, I just might be giving you a call to give me a few lessons . You're still guiding right?
