Anyone care to comment on how the bass fishing has been at KY and Barkley Lake lately? Strictly catch and release, just wanting to know if it's worth the 2 hour trip Saturday.

I have a buddy that got them really good around brushpiles on crankbaits over the holiday weekend.

We was fishing out of Boyds and I'm not too sure he ventured too far.

Green and more Green was a good color .

I'm heading down Saturday also, wondering if all the rain we've had would have any affect on the lake? I don't think the lakes actually got a lot of the rain but most of it went north and south of the lakes.
