Never mind, I found a GOOD one. You're right, we are producing a crap ton of oil..........then WHY are prices so effing high?

Artificially high.......IMHO.

Agree... and oil company profits thru the roof. Govt supported gouging to motivate go- green ?

Second thought. US producing as much as ever but other world sources produce lee/ Ukraine war disruptions. World market price rise so US makers export more at higher profit then selling domestically at lower price and earning less.

My solution, slow exports and isolate our needs from the world.
