The obstructionist GOP along with that Stupid Manchin and Sinema are to blame.
People really don't realize the inflation until they do a year to year comparison of stuff.

I have been doing that on lots of items lately......And our REALIZED inflation is more like 40 to 50 percent.....NOT quite, because some fixed things for me personally will not go up.

    BUT........

    GAS is up over 50%
Food for my Cabin Trip. ABSOLUTELY nearly 40%
Ammo.....well it was high and then came down to something OK, but over the hear has gone back up about 50%
    Fishing Gear.......20%

    It is unreal..........

GAS PRICES can be controlled by Congress but the GOP votes against anything that would help control gas prices. Then the turn around and try to blame the President. Smart people can see through this silly scheme easily. Only the stupid uneducated idiots would blame someone that has little control over gas prices. And the price of oil/gas makes all the other things cost more due to not just transportation cost but greedy corporate companies that are price gouging.

So keep it up Geo as the smart people see right through your ruse.

Opec and the Middle east hate Biden right now, he embarrassed them quite heavily.

We used to have a reasonable say in that region, but they are moving towards Russia more and more every day. IT won't be until Russia SCREWS them again, which they will, that they will come back to uncle sugar.

I will say you are right about supply and demand on the other thread. Economically speaking it is purely supply and demand, but when a MEGA conglomeration of controlling interests (OPEC), can shut down supply to silence the largest super power in the world.........well, we should ACT. Our current president who is controlled by the green lobby simply cannot act. CANNOT ACT.

Wait until we have a different interest in mind, and see prices drop.

You bitch and complain about our oil companies, but our OIL companies do not control OPEC.

    Later,

    Geo

And GAS prices are NOT controlled by congress. We saw a little bump during the summer, because Biden used executive orders to release oil from the strategic oil reserve.....THAT changed the price of gas directly.

YOU act like you know something about something, yet you talk out your ass.

Congress can pass laws that control the price of anything. They just have failed to do so because Senator Mitch McConnell stated that he will obstruct anything that Biden tries to do. So, if anyone is to blame for high gas prices it is Geo's party, the GOP. Despite the lies that Geo spreads here.

Wait, I smell something. It must be the crap that Geo spews in here! Get a life Geo.
