At Amistad we were on a point in San Pedro Flats with 22 other boats. You got in line and fished like a freight train around the point. And the wind does blow in Texas. 30 mph wind doesn't keep anyone off the lakes there. Lots of fish there tho, my biggest for the week was 7.5# with tons of 2 & 3's with a few 5's.
I don't believe that a pro fishing on any body of water does it by himself. Somewhere, somehow info comes to them. Especially on a show like this. It's entertainment and thats all it is.

I would like to see them do this on a lake they don't normally fish. This originally started out as a BASSMASTER magazine feature a few years ago. They didn't take them to any big name lakes, but they would go to smaller, less-known bodies of water. To top it off, they would tell the angler where they were going to be fishing in advance. I remember at least once in the magazine a big name pro blanked.
