    It makes it all the worse when you see that the state's enviromental response team could have been on the scene Friday night.

    Sounds like Charlie Martin should get some kevlar BVDs for the butt chewing he deserves, and maybe some for the night shift.

    Talked to someone this AM. Division of water is supposedly looking into where the slug of water is. It's believed to still be in the Town Branch area. The lack of flow will cause it to stagnant, break down, and settle to the bottom of the pools in that water shed.
    However, when it rains and gets it going it will head downstream.

    I realize that as a whole this is a very bad thing, it may take a while before we know how bad it may be. But What are the extremes. I know that the slug of S*** hasn't amde its way down yet, but when it does what is the absolute worse thing and what is the affect if damage is slim to none? what are the chances of it being one way or another? Does anyone know?
