Hey Dave just wondering if you could help me out a bit? Are there any main lake grassbeds on KY & Barkley and if so,if you don't mind could you tell me where ?
If you can answer it would be great but if not I understand.

main lake barkley grass is pretty much non existent, if there is any its nyad and its VERY spotty and DIEING right now. KY "main" lake grass begins the bigger beds south of blood river and continues south. There are spots north of blood river that have main lake grass but the bigger beds that were matted out a few weeks ago basically begin around blood river and go south. Hope this answers your question.

I agree with Kyle...not much of any grass on the main lake on Barkley....most of the main lake grass on Ky is from Blood River south but there is some north of Blood River.

I am hoping a long time!!!

I had never fished grass before, and the last couple of years I've been teaching myself how to fish the grass, and it has been a lot of fun.
