I just saw the results of the Fox College Sports National Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship and saw that WKU came in second! That's awesome!

Congratulations guys!

If anyone knows Adam Hock or Nathan Baum, give them a big high five! Way to represent the Bluegrass State!

yea...those guys are in the Kincaid Bassmasters...they also finished 2nd in our club tournament on Barren...the day before they left for this tournament!
They will be a force to deal with in our club tournaments next year. Making AOY...or the top 10 in the Kincaid Bassmasters is saying something.
Our Classic Championship is a river tournament this year...Sat.& Sun., this coming weekend, at Maysville...it will be a dandy! We rotate every year from a river two day Classic...to a lake Classic...Big payouts! If anybody is interested in joining a great fishing club for next year; we have our annual meeting in Feb....go to Google, and type in Kincaid Bassmasters...check out the web sight!

Hopefully either Murray or U of L...both teams need a good showing to get their school's attention to chip in some money for their programs. I think UK is in pretty good shape on national television coverage...or will be here soon...

Maybe EKU, WKU, UK, Murray, and UofL will sweep the top 5 spots at Smashmouth later this month.

How long have these college bass clubs been going on... I graduated from WKU 3 years ago and never once heard of these clubs in the 4 1/2 years I was there. I would have loved to been apart of that. My grades suffered enough from skipping class to go fishing - might as well been doing that as part of a university sanctioned club.

Glad to see WKU doing well and glad to hear that bass fishing is doing well on the college scene.

heck that ain't nothing...when I was at UK..I took classes in outdoor cooking 1&2,..golf,...tennis,...volleyball,...bowling,...b asketball...gymnastics..and fly fishing! ...The volleyball final exam...was has hard as my geometry final...crazy!...Wish I could go back..those were the days! Go Big Blue!
