Trent, glad you raised the question on ramps, as it is a timely question for all of us who fish LC. According to the Kentucky Commerce Cabinets December 13th update on operational ramps, both Pleasant Hill and Alligator 2 are operational. Full details for all operational ramps can be found at:

Both are alright to launch. Pleasant Hill's ramp can be a bit funky at low water times and parking can be an issue. This time of year though parking should be fine there. Jamestown is fine also and this time of year they will allow closer parking for the fisherman on the turn around.
