Famous, non-famous, I'll hit both catagories woth the same name--Jerry Mcginnis. It always brought such a laid back approach to fishing, regardless of species. I think he would be a joy to spend time on the water with.

I would like to fish with my wife.......hahaha.....okay now that I'm off the floor...I like fishing with anyone who brings a better lunch than me and likes to share!
I usually fish with one or all of my 3 fishing amigos Adam, Jamey, and Dr. Josh.
Famous fishing partner Bill Dance or KVD.

I remember a show of Jerry's where he caught a 20+ lb brown trout on 4lb test line. It was a pretty old show for he was younger and the boat was not anywhere near as modern as todays boats. He was fishing somewhere in the midwest with some guy and it drizzled rain and sleet all day long. It took forever for him to land this fish but he was as happy as a lark when it got in the net. He was backreeling most of the time as they was chasing it with the trolling motor to help him keep up with the fish. Fought it like a champ and I was rooting for him to land it because you could really tell he was so over excited to hook the fish much less land her.
Famous - I would definetly pick Larry Nixon, its amazing how he can find stuff in deep water, and catch them. Not so famous my Father, he gave me the love for the outdoors, and I wish I could have one more trip with him!
I Would Have To Go With Heidi Klum In The Front And Jessica Simpson In The Back, With Me In Between! That Makes Me Feel All Warm And Fuzzy Just Thinking About It....that's A Good Feeling To Have When It's 20 Degrees Outside And Snowing!
As for me i would have to get my ol buddy hughes in the boat. he doesn't get to fish near as much as he would like but he's definatly in there with me. Thna get my ol buddy elwood on the water. Can't wait ol friend when your up and running and we get to spend some time on the lake with you and cliff. As far as famous goes would love a week with KVD, Nixon, and my favorite Jimmy Houston. The laugh alone would be worth the trip. And will probably take some heat for this one but Iconelli has to be another one i would love to fish with. Never seen anyone get as excited over catching one of those " GIANTS" as he does.Heck may even throw down a few breakdancing moves with him on the back of the boat. LOL

I was with you Mike right up until you mentioned "Ike", or it is "Yikes". Every fish he catches is a "Giant". If I could get Ike and Charlie Moore in my boat in January at Dale Hollow, I hope my boat sinks and I am the only one that makes it to shore. Can't stand either one of these two guys, but you did come and visit me in the hospital a couple of months back so I will let you slide on "Ike". Looking forward to sharing some water time with you at Laurel or Dale chasing Smallies or those big Walleyes at Laurel. Smallies for the fight and Walleyes for the table (YUM YUM). Elnut
Mark, while I agree Bill could fish, he'd get his booty handed to him on the Ville. My grandmother could have caught bass out of those private honeyholes he use to fish. You ever noticed he never said what lake he was on????? Charles Spences and Forrest Woods test tanks, LOL.Bill Dance....that is funny. Yeah...so break out your Danc'n Eel on those fish.
Don't kid yourself...Bill was The Man in his day and he could still jack'em even on T-ville.
Any of my friends first.
Famous: KVD hands down. Zona would be a great addition...the WGFS is fantastic.
Can I go too, please?????
Non famous, my departed brother, he loved to fish maybe more than me. Famous, KVD or Hank Parker, I always like ole Hanky as Harold Knight calls him.
Billy Westmorland (RIP) at Dale, then Jim Saric (Musky Hunter TV) at Lake of the Woods. Larry Dahlberg would be great too.
