If you're near Georgetown, Stones Taxidermy is a good one.

I don't know this for a fact, but I heard that Clearwater has been closed for a few month's now. This is secondhand info so I would definately call first..

Yes , I would call. It's been a while, I told myself I'm not mounting another bass untill I get one over 10#'s in KY. And well it hasn't happened yet ..lol I would probably have a replica made now instead. And I'm not sure how far Danville is from Lou. Chuck

X100........... I have had 3 fish done here and they look like they are swimming across the wall. I'll not drop any names but...I had a striper done in Louisville and it is starting to rot! and the clear coat is turning yellow with brown blotches coming out of the skin. You get what you pay for.

Thanks fella's. I'll check with gunners out of Nicholasville first since they are close and then work my way out.

Not sure if you want to drive to Berea. But Randy Alcorn does a great job. The best in this area, IMO.

Wethington's taxidermy in Casey County - over in Clementsville has a great reputation and I have yet to see any work that looks as good as his.

I would also call Midstate Taxidermy in Winchester. Have had 5 deer mounted there and also plenty of fish and turkey and never had a problem or complaint. Very good pricing as well.
