Anyone know of some decent places to stay at KY

    Hey,

I'm looking for somewhere at the TOP of the lake to stay next week.

I've stayed at the MicroTel, and LIKE that, but was wondering where everyone else stays when up there.

    Later,

    Geo

There is a Comfort motel in Draffenvile if you want a chain, several Mom and Pop places between Draffenville and the Ky Dam State Park on Highway 641. We've stayed at Inn by the Lake and the Comfort. Both good. From Draffenvile you are about 7 miles to a nice ramp at the State Park and 10 miles to the Moors or Big Bear ramps.

Just made reservations here.......for the price, this is the BEST. Others have said they are clean room, decent parking, close proximity to ramps, etc, etc.

I don't need the TAJ, only a place to stay and doesn't have mice chewing through my stuff , and somewhere close to everything.

    THANKS all.

I will give a report on my fishing, and the accomodations when I get back.

    Geo

We have found a place called Holiday Hills just south of Eddyville on Hwy 93. They have a nice campground, cottages, townhouses, and cabins to rent. If you plan on staying for a while they even have a house you can rent. They also have a pool and a beach, boat ramp, small store, and game room.
