I also told the wife I never figured I'd see gas under $ 2.00 again before I die.... Strange I ain't dead yet....lol

Read a article somewhere (don't know where) that gas prices are always at their highest starting about a year or so before a Presidental election and start to fall a couple months before election day and usually revert back to the high prices around March of the coming year.

Wish I had a link to the article because it was interesting since they tracked this back to the 70's and it never failed to happen except for 75 or 76 with the gas crisis.


Still like many of you I never thought it would dip below $2.00 a gallon again.
