Somebody needs to go to Stoner Creek Saturday morning and close all the ramps for it will be the first day that the Redneck and the Elnut will share a boat together for the first time and it will be on Stoner. I have never fished a creek in my life so it will be all new to me and I am looking forward to it. Fishing Dale thur and fri and then Stoner on saturday will surely make me one tired puppy since I am really in no shape to be fishing at all but sometimes you got to do what you got to do.

I totally agree that Stoner should be closed and it may be smart to go ahead and call the EPA...with that much BS in one boat, a spill could be catastrophic to poor little stoner creek.
Go ahead and call them because I will have 2 days at Dale Hollow prior to this outing to get all the "Fish Truths" in order before we launch Sat. morning and this is just from the front of the boat not to mention all the Redneck "Truths" that will be flowing from the back. My guess is that he is trying to come up with a few at this very moment when he should be working.
just curious.....are you guys planning on hitting Ike's or Frymans ?
I don't even know where Stoner is at so Redneck will be giving me driving directions when we leave my house sat morning. I would not know the difference betweens Ikes or Frymans if I was standing on the ramp. He knows I have a Deep V boat so whichever ramp or area is the best is where we will go. Not afraid of getting a few scratches on the old girl either if water level is an issue.
Dang I'm going to be at a wedding fri and saturday in somerset. That sure does sound like a good time for sure. Have fun and keep a eye out for foreign objects sticking out from the bank when getting in or out.![]()
Elnut, just head towards downtown Paris, go past the mall (I don't even know where Stoner is at so Redneck will be giving me driving directions when we leave my house sat morning. J/K...... Just watch out for the locals, especially those driving a red Ranger with a 250 Merc on the back.
Have a good time and save some for seed so us locals can have a few to catch!
I'll probably be headed to one of the two myself, maybe I'll see you guys out there. If you see a couple guys in a red Sprint, say hey !![]()
We'll be going out of Fryman's. We only fished the main body because the both forks were clogged with ice and junk. Hopefully that'll be all gone with some flow between now and then.
It would be nice to see everyone.
Yeah I forgot about that Marvin. Fellows watch exiting your boat on the UPSTREAM side of the ramp. There's a metal fence pole sticking out from the bank. It scratched Marvin's boat up a little bit.
Billy
That's new...there was that one green pole on the downstream side, up on the bank...used to tie my rig to that one when launching by myself.
Saturday sounds like it will be quite a show. I'd like to go ahead and pre-order my copy of the DVD.![]()
