I had a problem with my lens, fogged up, and then it was so cold, it crackled. I emailed their customer service department yesterday afternoon. Got into work this morning with a new message from Save Phase, left their toll free number, called them, and within 2 minutes had a new lens coming my way free of charge. Now thats the kind of customer service that all companies should have. Just wanted to let everyone know, this place apparently cares about its customers, and wants to take care of them. Thanks Save Phace, I appreciate you standing behind your product. Bob

i think my save phace is quite possibly the biggest waste of money i have ever spent.... no matter how tight i put it when i run down the lake the wind blows up around from the bottom and in my eyes and its worse than being out in the open air because its more of a directed blast of air.... it comes in where the nose ridge is... i a about threw it in the lake one day becasue it was so cold and that mask wouldnt work.... i use ski goggles and a good face boggin... works fine for me.. i wonder if i called them if i could send it back and get another one.. i bought 2 at the same time and they both do it.....

I've got a Save Phace and like it pretty well. However, I like it a lot better if it didn't fog up so easily. ANYONE KNOW WHY THIS HAPPENS AND HOW TO CORRECT IT!!! PLEASE!!!
