I can't go outside because there is ice on the walks and if I could, I can't go anywhere because I live on a snow covered hill and my Jeep would probably slide down the long drive, cross the road and into my neighbors yard. I have already started mentally renovating my home in Alabama but am sure that project will be finished as soon as I look at my check book. Since I'm from Alabama and can cook some mean "soul food" I'm considering that as my next project. Any suggestions on what I should cook? Mountain oysters, brains, chitlins, pig feet, roadkill, and liver excluded.
