Had a good day. About 16 pounds in 6 fish. Temps were around 50-53. Water stained and wind blowing hard. Pulled some big girls up. Good day.

I never fished kincaid.....wanted to but just never got around to it....if a guy was leavin cynthiana,how would be the best way to find the launch ramp..and is there a ramp fee?

Best way is when you are heading north on 27 into Falmouth come to the flashing light, turn right. Take that until you dead end and the blue bridge is on the right, turn right crossing the bridge. Turn left a hundred yards ahead on to 159. Go about 4 or 5 miles and the lake is on your left. There are two ramps one is on the dam and the other is at the state dock. I use the state dock only because the one at the dam used to be horrible. They fixed it last year, I was told. Once you enter the park just follow the sign that shows you were the ramp is and you will come to the state dock. No fee at either one. Good luck if you go.

Fished Kincaid yesterday....water temp was 53 to 54.....got skunked ourselves.
talked to a couple boats that had caught a short fish,...I ran across a park ranger that told me the prior sunday there had been quite a few bass caught so I guess I picked the wrong sunday eh...didn't seem to be a lot of fishermen around for some reason....4 other boats is all i saw....

My brother in law caught 4 on sunday with 3 keeper size. They have been catching them at bull lock pen also
