My 2 cents is you're comparing apples to oranges. Any time on Dale is a good time. Patoka, eh, not so much.

I got next week off, 19th- 24th! We was planning on out annual spring trip to Dale Hollow but Patoka keep popping up in the my mind. I have never been to Patoka so it would be a tougher trip i'm sure. I have had pretty good success at Dale Hollow though. So what do you think, Dale Hollow or Patoka? Shaner

Neither.........
I'd go to KY Lake...................Patoka is hit or miss right now...........
The reports from Dale Hollow are not great either..........Look at www.smalljaw.com for some info on Dale.
It would be nothing to catch 30-40-50 a day at KY.........You can catch a TON of fish shallow now, and maybe get into some decent ones.
Later,
Geo
I'll be there 20-24 Geo. I've been reading Dave's reports, looks like the fish are kind of scattered but starting to move shallow. Can't wait to get there, hopefully the wind isn't blowing to bad.
Sorry for the thread jack.
