We should establish some type of meaningful dialogue with our Somalian brethren. Then they would like us more and stop their criminal behavior. After going around the world and apologizing for how bad the US is and telling man caused disaster leaders(used to be called terrorists) that he is willing to sit down face to face and negotiate with them, BHO goes and redeems himself by sending a message to all thugs and man caused disaster leaders around the world that he is willing to take them out.
