how bad muddy around faubush? thanks

fished today from 9-3. boated 16 with 5 keepers. actually had a keeper largemouth! very nice (FAT) 16 inch spot and 3 keeper smallmouth (largest 6+). put in midlake. lots of debris from conley to earl wallace. not consolidated but in 3 "fronts" so manageable if you take your time. muddy until earl wallace and then very mild tint of stain only. temps in the 66-68 range and climbing through the day. got onto them very good as we were leaving. going to try again in am if rain is not too bad. unfort having technical difficulties with camera at the current time and photos not avail but will try to get uploaded eventually. lake is high with lots (LOTS) of the vegetation underwater now. i have heard there is a boat race on saturday and there is NO way the lake would be safe for that now. we will have to see what the rain and the corp pulling the lake down will do to the debris but looking quite treacherous (expensive!) currently. 3 largest piles of debris when we left were around the bend from conley, just down from fall creek and approaching earl wallace. not sure what is above conley but i suspect more debris "fronts" from what i saw in the rivers/fishing creek yesterday. good luck!

nice smallie man!! sounds like a good day on the water.
did not go into faubush but from the appearance as i went by. heavy stain at the mouth and a good bit of debris at the mouth also. did not go in just observation from going by. may go into faubush today as i am looking for some new water.
beautiful day (save for the floating refrigerators etc) - we had a good time. the last fish of the day was an absolute HOG. partner says, "got a bite, oh it let go" and then i see his 4 weight rod load up and bend nearly 180 degrees. it was cool. pictures as soon as i can get camera/software issues resolved (aaaarrrrgggghhh)
Anthony you guys are on fire this year, WTG.beautiful day (save for the floating refrigerators etc) - we had a good time. the last fish of the day was an absolute HOG. partner says, "got a bite, oh it let go" and then i see his 4 weight rod load up and bend nearly 180 degrees. it was cool. pictures as soon as i can get camera/software issues resolved (aaaarrrrgggghhh)
Man you're report is great...makes me wish I were you instead of me being here at work.
Is the debris just on the main lake or is it up in all the creeks too?
hopefully what i saw at midlake today was last of deluge of "big garbage" from upper end. creeks seem to be clear once you get past the mouths and upper end looked fairly clear from the road. however, rain is coming for next 3 days to the region so who knows for sure. if coming, be careful is all i can say.
pix from this week finally uploaded. technical problems resolved for time being.
