Heading for Nolin need some info please

Some friends and I are heading for nolin Sat. morning. I haven't fished it in a couple of years and was hoping some of you fellers could give me a few reports or some pointer for the lake.

Some friends and I are heading for nolin Sat. morning. I haven't fished it in a couple of years and was hoping some of you fellers could give me a few reports or some pointer for the lake.

Fished there Sunday for the first time since last fall. Wish I could give you some help but we only caught dinks... all on deep diving crankbaits around points and ledges. Had a nice one on a jig that broke off. I would go early and be off the water by noon unless you want to deal with that zoo. It was crazy. Good luck.

Try the smaller creeks up in Rock Creek. My dad and I won a tournament earlier in the year fishing up in there, using black and silver shad raps. Also went back there a few weeks after we won that tournament and tore them up again. I know the little coves back near the back are really good, at least they have been for us. Hope that helps.

I fished there 2 weekends ago 3 hour drive to catch short fish, all caught on a tube and 4" dipstick worm, blue gill color.
