anyone??????
Have not been to Laurel in a while but I can give you the phone number to get the lake temps. Its 6068789298
thanks for the reply vorbeck23.... i just think its funny that out of 95 views no1 has been to laurel in the past 3 or 4 days. Maybe no1 has and maybe thats a really bad thing...lol i dont know
Always has been hard to get good info on Laurel. The water on Cumberland is right at 60 degrees and it should be cooler at Laurel. Seems a little early for FNF but who knows until you get it wet. I am going Sunday with livebait and jigs. Past trips have been excellent with suckers and the water about 56-58 degrees.

Fish can be caught on it with the water temp hanging around 55-60, but the best time for it is below 55 and my fav time is when the water is 47-49. Probably wont do any good tommorow because of the blue bird skies but im going to try for a lil bit. Just wanna get the fnf started for the year... even if its a 6" smally ...lol I WILL POST A REPORT WHEN I GET BACK! That way no1 can tell me i never post on laurel! For those who think they have a upper hand or a secret on laurel... congrats..lol Wish i could be that good one day! Thanks for your help stripercase.
i went to laurel last saturday night, the water temp was 61. it was dark when i got their, i fish untill 12:30 and never got a hit. i think i had the lake to myself, never heard another boat or seen one. laurel is tough, but live shiners will get your line tested. they'er some good smallmouth in laurel, but they come hard.
