    Shaky head jig mold

okay I've got the lead, production pot, I know what type of hooks and components I'm going to use....now all I need is the best mold out there for the shaky head. Of course I've seen the Do-It Molds and they look okay. But is there any shaky head mold out there that really stands out as being the best?....I'm looking for a mold that has various weights, and has the spring/worm coil holder built it on it. I'm planning on getting both a roundball and football head....any ideas?

DO-IT is all I know of. Beyond that you will have to get one custom made. Try www.shawncollinscustoms.com

I have a football head form Do-It and it works very well. It goes from1/32 to 5/8 oz. I like.

Where do you get your lead?

I agree on the Do-It molds, but buy them online at Barlow's http://www.barlowstackle.com/

They're substantially cheaper there than at Do-It's own web site. And yes they're brand-new, not used.

I personally have the Shawns Collins mold for my "spot remover" shakey heads, it is top notch and Shawn will make it how ever you want. If you want production style (4 or 5 of the same thing) or any combination mold he can do it, they are expensive but the way their made it will last as long as I need it too -this year alone I have made close to a thousand jigheads and you can't tell the difference from the store bought and mine and I figured it to .14 cents a peice compared to a dollar a peice or more at the store.

I have been buying 16oz sinkers and re-melting them, I have found them to be allot cleaner and really easy to deal with
