Water has some stain, by the state dock, 46/46.9 temp, falln slightly, high bluebird sky not much wind, fished today for a few hours caught severl good fish one over 5.8, none were over , I can tell a difference in the fight they have become more slugish but still a handful, i stayed near deep water except when i fished by the dock
kept the boat in deeper water 30-35 ft, throwing out livebait over 45 ft. deep, bigger fish came in close to 50ft.

Apparently you keep your fish in the witness protection program and can't show their faces!Water has some stain, by the state dock, 46/46.9 temp, falln slightly, high bluebird sky not much wind, fished today for a few hours caught severl good fish one over 5.8, none were over , I can tell a difference in the fight they have become more slugish but still a handful, i stayed near deep water except when i fished by the dock

Not sure what caused it.

Seems like I catch some of those LM with the black splotches on them every winter in the cold water. Someone told me that was the LMBV(large mouth bass virus). I have seen some of them that was awfully sick and near death from it.
By the way, Happy New year, I'm still gonna get up there and meet you one of these days.
