Just did a "self review" of my personal health (weight) as it relates to my eating habits......
. Things need to change and LOOKS LIKE FISHING IS THE ANSWER....THERE IS A GOD!!!!
Looking at the Atkins and South Beach Diets, and leaning toward the South Beach plan. GOOD NEWS...FISH = "GOOD LEAN PROTEIN" & "GOOD FAT"..., now that's my kind of diet!!!!, plus fish are loaded with Omega-3 fat (good stuff).
So, now I need to adjust my fishing schedule to include more "crappie, bluegill, striper and walleye; as for you Smallmouth and Green Fish, I didn't check your Omega-3 nutrition level, nor do I plan to..still C&R for you guys.

Sounds like a plan to me! I LOVE a big ole hybrid/stripe fillet with citrus on the grill! YUM! I actually usually marinated in oranges and lots of fresh mint, sounds weird but once off the grill its FANTASTIC!Just did a "self review" of my personal health (weight) as it relates to my eating habits......

healthy eating. there is a recipe for tiger stew, its quite simple! 1 catch a tiger
Bump...#$%^!@
I usually just squeeze the orange on it and then slice it and cook it with the slices and mint on top. Im also the kind of cook that is more apt to under cook it then over cook it. Just remove that blood line and youre good to go! My mouth is watering right now, for sure one of my favorite summer time meals!
Sounds like I'm good to go this weekend. Got some walleye from Wolf Creek Dam in the fridge..
Thanks,

Just got back the results from my most recent blood tests. Doc almost passed out when he saw my cholesterol had hit......ready for this.......489! Guess I'll have to swear off the crabs and the shrimp for a while and follow your lead with fish.
Don't forget Flax oil....my doc says its even better than the Omega 3 stuff for cleaning out the plumbing.
thread caerefully!!!
Now we get to the interesting stuff. Some folks let life interfere with living. Living is more than just passing air through your lungs for a long long time. Yes fish are gereat to eat, steamed, grilled, poached, and other ways. But I still prefer a batch of beer battered fillets, but thats fried and not good for you! Shrimp are very high in cholesteral, no matter how you eat them. A big bowl of creole gumbo, shrimp scampi is harmfull to your health. But is it worth giving up? Yum, sea scallops, bnreaded and fried will slow down that life span. years ago a doctor told me to give wine and women, but sing all you want. I'm here he isn't. Dont forget coffee, one cup per day wont hurt you, why bother with that cup at all. And last but not least, driving a car. You have no control over the other guy.
one last thing. statistics show married men live longer. True or not sometimes it feels that way
