go to youtube, and type in. how to replace a waterpump on mercury outboard . they are two dandy videos on mercury water pump replacment. a 150hp and a 90 hp watch them both a couple times, and it is a very simple job. hope this helped.

well if your in the louisville area, bring your boat out to me and i`ll give you a warm place to work and walk you thru it..there are a few tricks you can learn and you`ll always know how replace them if your out stuck somewhere...
