Charlie Strong says he never considered Florida

Ya know I saw this interview as well and I am more impressed with Strong then ever. We finally have a morally strong, pun intended individual at the helm. I also saw a interview with Lou Holtz the other day talking about Charlie and his moral fiber. Holtz went on to say that he knew he wasn't leaving and that money wasn't everything to him. He felt obligated to the University, Jurich and Ramsey for giving him a chance that nobody esle would.

Louisville is gonna be a tough out next year count on it. Hey and how bout some props Tipton, I said at the beginning of the year I felt real good about 5 wins and 6 and a bowl appearance wasn't out of the question and I got laughed at.

You did predict that. I don't remember me laughing at you. All I remember saying was that I wasn't going to worry about wins and losses and just wanted to see a well coached team that was competitive and showed drastic improvement over the previous coaching. I saw all I needed even without the bowl bid.
