Meet Quentin Snider, a future Cardinal the minute Pitino offers. His dad and I coached an AAU team together with Q and my son when they were 7-9 years old.

Quentin is a freshman starting varsity point guard at Ballard. He played for Fern Creek varsity last year as an 8th grader. He was once named MVP at Pitino's camp for the 12 and under group when he was 9. This kid has handles, great passer and DEEEEEP range. Here is a highlight video, most of it is from this summer playing all over the country in AAU ball.

His family are huge U of L fans and have had season basketball tickets since forever.

Sweeet. Nice mechanics and follow through on his shot. Loving the cross over dribble and even has the little floater going in the lane. Recruiting is looking nice for the Ville the next several years. Thanks Tim

Unbelievable I watched him for almost seven minutes no turn over’s bunch of steals and never missed a shot.

Seriously this kid is the real deal he is a scorer when you need a basket he will find a way.

I am not a Louisville fan, but I call it like I see it. This kid can flat out PLAY!!! I know it is a highlight reel and they won't show any of his faults but there can't be many. Excellent follow thru on his shot, nice cross over, very good on ball defender. 3 more years until college and this kid will be wanted by EVERYBODY.

Guys, this kid has been like that since he was 7-years-old. He is for real. Against Scott County, in his first game at Ballard against a quality team, he had like 24 points.

Elwood, everybody is already after him. He plays in all the big AAU tourneys and attends all the famous camps. So college coaches across the country know who he is.

Good eye Woodrow. That cross over is too sweet. Tim, Scott county is a yearly powerhouse. Hopefully he won't do what Marquis Teague did. Yea my Dad played there I wouldn't play anywhere else, yada yada yada, ,,,,,,NOT!

All I'm saying is never underestimate the "pull" of Cal with point guards....Hard to look at a picture of him standing between Derrick Rose, John Wall, and Tyreke Evans and not want to follow him....Not saying that he will go after this kid, but if there's an elite point guard that he wants, he usually gets
