I didn't. I THOUGHT I saw it on the news.. guess I wasn't paying attention. For one thing, DUH, of course that's Slash, not Axl. Shows you how much of a GNR fan I am; no disrespect but they were never my cup of tea, although I do love that song. I did have it right that there were multiple microphone failures, but it was Fergie's mic that was cutting in and out, and also Usher's. Sorry, I usually do a better job of fact-checking before I post.

If you guys like blues music, you should check out a documentary "Bills Wyman's Blues Odyssey." The legendary bass player of the Stones tells his personal experiences with meeting some of the greatest blues players ever.

Any of you guys like Dream Theater?

More on Christina Aguilera. Saw video of her rehearsing "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the stadium on Saturday. She sounded awesome! Except... she get's to, "And the rocket's red glare..." and stops, puts down the microphone, and walks off the stage. Practice over. I guess she figured she had it down pat. Pretty stupid, not to mention disrespectful. It's too bad, because she does have a great voice.

Yep at least know the dang words.........Those type of singers are so caught up in making it an R&B album they forget to sing it correctly.

Oh and I want to at least spell their names right.
    Geddy Lee
Neil Peart I don't know why I always spell those names wrong.

Elnut good list, with addition of Rush adds even further. I love the Texas Blues, Delta Blues music especially love the guitar playing. I youtube G3 all the time to listen to Satriani, Vai and whoever the third is at the time - if you haven't listened to them check it out. I mean who can turn it up when you hear songs like Godzilla, Radar Love, Black Betty and one of my favorite from Brownsville Station was Lady "She put the light on me" I could go on and on but love the post.... definately refreshing from the norm
