Great post. Thanks for the information. Now why didn't you take your lazy rearend to Clarksville and New Albany so we know what condition those ramps are? lol Just kidding, again thanks for the report.

Drove by Cox Park on Thursday evening and it was still closed. Looked like they had tried to make a pass with the backhoe, and just gave up. Not sure if they are waiting for the mud/silt to dry up first or what their plan is. Still a long ways to go before they open it.
Duffy's however was very clean - they had a backhoe out there on Thurs.and finished it all up. They even took the backhoe down the ramp and cleaned it off out in the water. Looked like the Renegade tournament was going on too, several truck/trailers in the lot. Water is back up high enough that the courtesy dock is under water.

Okay smarty pants - I drove by both today at lunch.
Clarksville Ramp - still very much underwater and the gate across it is locked
New Albany - open, ramp is clear, and they are still cleaning off the asphalt. They are cleaning it by driving a backhoe down the ramp, filling the bucket with river water, and driving back up to the parking area and dumping it.
Water is high and swift at both ramps.

Art, you da man.
Went by there early will aboard the Star of Louisville and I understand why closed . . . it is one big mess! On a brighter note, we went by Harrods Creek and it had great color to fish . . how to launch and where I don't know? Saw one bass boat appeared to be a 21' Champion . . they were on the move . . . going down stream.Drove by Cox Park on Thursday evening and it was still closed. That Champion was in the USA Bassin' event that I was fishing. It's a wonder you didn't see me in there as well. Tournament went out of Duffy's, which is cleaned off and usable. The water is up, so the coutesy dock is under water, that's the only issue there.
Yes, Harrods Creek had good color, and gave up a lot of fish to us, but we couldn't find the big ones...only two keepers this time.
