Who is saying that. Don't put words in another's mouth. What is the difference than a college team from Florida or KY? It is ok to hate a team from Florida as long as someone does not hate your team. I could say the same thing is true for you. You care more about hating UF than liking Uk.

I'm a UK fan whether they win the Championship or stink it up,I watch their football team even when they are pathetic like this year,I'm a gluten for punishment as well being an Old Timey Reds and Bengals fan.

Dakota Euton and a Jackson kid, I think was the second. Both from Rose Hill, the short home of the oft traveled, and travailed, OJ Mayo. I think Rose Hill went on some sort of sanctions with KHSAA.

To answer the thread, I hate every team that I don't root for, PERIOD. I root against some teams more passionately than others. I always root against any team when it benefits my team. That is a fan, wanting what is best for your team.

i dont know how you put me as saying "you should know by now that cards fans are quick to make statements without actual proof", but if you look closer, you will see it was someone else. yes i follow UK and Scott Co sports. do i know everything about these teams? no i dont and dont pretend to. not really wanting a pissing match or to argue, but dont quote me as saying something i didnt and then call me out on it. anybody that can read would see who said it.

Ryan, I believe Scott County recruits, based on an inordinate number of transfers, most notably Eauton and Jackson (I believe Jackson's transfer was denied by KHSAA) and what other coaches and administrators talked about in the media room once at Rupp Arena during the Sweet 16.

If you are asking about St. X and Trinity football, I am 100% certain they recruit because we have been through it. I still have a copy of the yfinancial aid form from the Archdiocese of Louisville. I was told where to get it and how to fill it out by a three years ago by a freshman football coach at one of those two schools. Both schools would have assistant coaches at the Bullitt County Youth Football League games and they would talk to certain players and parents.

If you look at the current roster, some of those kids didn't not attend a catholic grade school and didn't play in the catholic school league. This includes their start receiver James Quick, who is one of the top 2 or 3 football players ever in the state. As a matter of fact, he played his youth league football for the Lyndon Packers.
