Good luck with those Blueberries...I've never tried them but have heard soil conditions in these parts just ain't any good for growing Blueberries...although it sounds like you may have been preparing your soil for them...so good luck. As for being rich...heck, who flippin' cares, we're all going to the grave with the same thing anyway.
Tell you all what I like...and that's canned Dill Pickle spears...heck yea, also, I don't have the recipe for it but a few years ago a fella brought me some jars of pickled green tomato's that he had canned...they had a nice little bit of heat to them too, man they were good!
Yes..seven dust and keep applying the dust each time after it rains.

I'm probably further north than most of you,but calling for 32 degrees tonight and 34 tomorrow night.
There are people here that have a few tomatoes out, while you can cover them up,I've always found they do better if you wait until it's safe and the ground is warmer. The way things are going I'd say a couple more weeks should be fine, usually it's Mothers Day here in Northern Ky.
All the big financial wizzes at MIT and one in Australia are saying a Global Depression in 2030 worse than the 1920-30's is coming.Guess I'll be too old to matter for me,but I sure feel sorry for my children and soon to have grandchildren the way this country is headed.
I'm with Mark, Sevin Powder (5%?) works well. It seems to work better than the liquid Sevin. I have used it to kill aphids on turnips and tomatoes and not have to worry about it being toxic to humans. It works great to kill worms and aphids on roses and I have also sprinkled it in the dog's bed to get rid of fleas.

My dang Raspberries and Blackberries are already starting to bloom! This is crazy!
I remember picking blackberries in the mountains of Virginia with my granny. I don't remember ticks or chiggers but I do remember being on the look out for rattlesnakes.!!![]()
That's why I grow them in my backyard...blackberry cobbler with ice cream on a hot summer day, but without the chiggers, ticks, and all!
Heck, you can almost pick those berries while sitting in the swimming pool...if only I had placed that trellis about a foot closer....
Well we're gonna get some frost a couple nights this week. I only have 10 tomato plants out so I'll just cover them up. I've got some old retired bedsheets that will work just fine. If anybody else is covering plants, here's some advice: Don't use plastic bags. Frost pretty much goes right through those. You get a lot more protection from some kind of cloth, burlap, etc. And if some plants do get frost on them, if you just get out there and rinse it off, usually they'll be okay.
