Typical. Take 17 seconds out of the middle, quote it out of context, and twist the meaning. How about: "The country doesn't just succeed when just a few are doing well at the top. It succeeds when the middle class gets bigger. Our economy doesn't grow from the top down; it grows from the middle out. In other words, you not entitled to success, you must earn it. Got a problem with that?
