I was at the New Albany ramp Saturday. The major floating debris is gone, but the last 400 feet of the ramp has river mud on it about 4-6 inches deep. There were tire tracks in the mud, so to me it looked like folks had been launching light boats there, and probably had 4 wheel drive vehicles that could claw thru the mud to get to the pavement.
I'd agree, the ramp would not be for anyone without a good set of tires and a 4x4.
