That would be a pretty weird deal it they tried to string those barrels at all the places at McAlpine. Don't think they would make it past the first flood. Imagine a sixty foot long 3' diameter tree trunk hitting those barrels at about twelve miles per hour followed by an onslaught of trees, bushes, junk cars and washin machines. I guess they would not attempt such a thing at any low headwall dams.

they will be spending a lot of our money to replace those dame things, hopefully we will get some good hits on this thread, we need a lot of support!!! I have sent emails to congessmen and senators.
