Took about 4 hrs to smoke...........AND talk about great.

I used a dry rub, mixed with some olive oil and then shook the chicken in that before smoking. THEN smoked with mesquite for 4 hrs.

My daughter made rosemary mac and cheese and grilled veggies to go along with it.....even though the mac and cheese is not the greatest, it was still reasonably good for me.......SHE has been using veggie pasta, with two full servings of veggies in each serving of pasta. Talk about good......MMGOOD.

    Later,

Ok now, Please post the exact veggie pasta recipe! I love anything with grilled vegetables as the base. Which vegetables and what kind of pasta? Vinegrette or not? No way I can watch food cook 4 hours though.

Actually, it was grilled veggies......and separate item.......mac and cheese, but the macaroni is vegatable macaroni, which is 2 servings of veggies
