Post a photo of the biggest bass, bluegill, crappie, catfish or whatever you fish for that you caught this year.
I love looking at photos of fish caught by other members.
I'm more of farm pond jon boat kinda guy.
The bass was caught in Shelby County on live bluegill, I love fishing with live bluegill, you can really tell when you are about to get a bit because you can feel the fish start to freak out underwater. I have no clue of size and weight, but I'm proud of it.
The bluegill was caught in Christian County.
Please post pics of your biggest catch this year so far.

Is it legal to use live Bluegill for bait?
It's legal in Indiana if you caught the bluegill by legal means. IE if you caught in with a rod and reel and bait. Then you can fish with the blue gill (sunfish) and use it to fish for larger bass or catfish. I asked a Game Warden about this a few years ago and he confirmed what I'm saying. Not sure what the law is in KY or the other states. So I'd recommend you ask someone with knowledge of each state's fishing regulations to find out. But you just did that on here! Hope you find your answer for your fishing holes.
It is legal to use bluegill has bait in Kentucky.
Nice catches Drew, you had yourself one heck of a fish fry didn't you.
Thanks! I was not sure.
This is the biggest Musky that I've caught so far this year. She was 48 inches long, but I didn't weigh her. Just took a picture and released her.
Thanks! Yea we had one about a week after that with the whole family and also had some nice white bass from I think rough river. And where do you hook the bluegill? I usually hook my baitfish around the tail so they stay alive. If you are willing to say I'd be very thankful! -drew
100 lb spinner shark 5 foot 4 inches, I am 5 foot 7 inches but the tail was dragging the ground I couldn't get the whole thing off the ground. Good fishing!
