    great time on nolin

    my dad and I got down to nolin week before last,we had a blast.only fished 2 and half days and caught several 3 to 5lb class bass and a 10lb4oz was the iceing on the cake,most was caught on a skitterpop and a floating homemade buzz bait.we was talking about coming back down this sunday for 3 days does anyone know the water temp now,that would help a lot 4 hrs away and cant find any updates on the water temp.any help would b great.

    Wow!!! Thats some awsome fishing. The 10.4 is a Hog for nolin. I'm not sure what the temp is, I don't have a boat anymore.

    yea she was a hoss we took picts with the camera ph. and turned her back in the water.thanks for the reply.

    got them on here the camera ph.dont do it justice,but anyway put them back in the livewell and took back to the ramp and released them.

    those are nice fish but that one looks a hair under 10 lbs.

    there u go, whats a hair weigh?, congrats on perhaps the biggest reported in years an years, perhaps someone on here might know when the last documented bass over 10 was reported.
    I was there b4 the lake was impounded an left in 2000,

    Glad you had a good time fishing my home lake! a 10lb 4 oz fish is equal to the "unofficial" lake record held by Ray Meredith. That's an amazing size fish for Nolin especially for this year. Biggest one I've heard of this year is just shy of 7lbs. Happy fishing!

    wow thanks a lot,i didn't catch that fish my dad did.he is 68yrs old that will makehis year.we have been coming down since 1996 and the biggest we have caught was 7lb 14oz.cant wait to tellhim. does anyone know the water temp now.again thanks.

    I fished this past Mon. P M . Water was ok color wise. Temp. 68 caught
    A lot on Bomber model A ... Nothing
    Like the ones you guys caught. Good Job !!!!
