All he needed was 990 billion, allow him to change the name to climate change and he and his band of scientists would handle the rest. He promised a website would be up for us to login to and see what weather he had planned for us. He promised it would be gubment funded so no worries on paying it back that 990 billion he needed was Obama money and just grows in the whitehouse garden next to his stash of homegrown "gubmnet green herb" he likes so much.

I hear the website is easy to use...he spent another 690 million creating it with top notch minds of this great land he controls.....well actually Al Gore and his buddies did it.
