With the prices in that store you would think every line would be open.

Now I'm not picking on them as it seems this is everywhere I go now. Walmart is the absolute worst of all without question.

Retail in general especially big box stores can afford to put folks at the check outs, what am I missing and why now is it so bad. Check Anaconda Catalogue and Best and less Catalogue. It is not just an after, during or before Christmas thing either it has been bad for quite awhile now. I have heard the sky rocketing human resource costs such as health insurance or the lack of is much to blame?
And it will ONLY get worse as we move forward, especially with the ******** minimum wage increases.

Cabelas and Walmart, and Target, and every other place are not going to raise their wage pool 40% to meet the demands of LIBTARDS.

They will cut hours, meaning less people working and less customer service.

I buy almost everything online these days. I can't think of the last time I purchased something in a store.

I have a grocery assistant (wife) for the stuff I can't buy online.

I hate to shop actually unless it is for fishing or hunting and then I can be almost Christmas child like. I get rather giddy in the aisles of the fishing department. Bought me some very cool Gammy inline dropshot rigs yesterday. It has a barrel swivel with a wire incorporating the hook to stand straight out. The bottom has a line pinch allowing easy weight and leader changes when wanted. Also the Gammy Octopus hooks are very good and sharp as I feel they make the best hooks available.

Those St Clair smallmouth better find a place to hide......

I just like touching, seeing and if packing will allow I will actually take out of the package and really examine.

Dude! Did I post my Chic-fil-a story yet?? I'll condense it......waiting in a line 2-3 people wide and 15-20 long. As soon as you walk in you see this obstacle of a line. So anyway I'm 4-5 people back and we are all patiently waiting for the one cash register to wait on us. Well here comes a smiling young lady up to open another register and says "I'll take who's next" and looks out over the tables and never looked in our direction....you know the line of more than 20 people snaking between the tables!!! Well in walks a man and says oh yeah I'll take blah blah blah......I immediately broke from the line and walked over there and as he was ordering I leaned in and told the young lady what just happened. The guy didn't say a word and the young lady didn't say a thing either. I left and got to the door looked back and they were still speechless. Hahahaha
This was a few weeks ago and since the. I received two free sandwich coupons since I did send an email. I know some may say I was wrong but I did what others should have done. My comment to corporate was that they have the best service and people in the industry.....but a basic rule should be that when you have a line that has formed you take the next in line not the new customer who just walked in. Heck when I walked in I went to the back of the line so what's wrong with the next person doing the same.
Chic-fil-a still rocks and I will be back.

Hahaha no it was just some guy who walked in at the right time to take advantage of others. I am amazed at how inconsiderate people are anymore.....I'm even more amazed that people who manage business's where people stand in line like that don't understand that controlling the customers wait is a big deal. Years ago McDonalds and Dominos was all about giving fast service now we hear Jimmy Johns touting their speed. All I want it good service and I know a lot of that boils down to the person giving the service and that's where the wheels come off.

Anither time we were going to eat at Cracker Barrel and like usual it was packed! We walk in and say to the greeter boy it must be good and head to the back to get our name on the list. While waiting our turn (folks were getting seated) the lady says no sir you have to tell the greeter how many you have. I said oh really? The lady we talked to that didn't say a word like...how many in your party? That girl? Of course we look back and it's a mess with folks waiting to put their name on the list and people trying to get out. So I wanted to talk to the manager or whoever I need to talk to....I wait a few minutes and wouldn't you know...it's the greeter we talked with when we walked in!!!!!!! I about blew my lid!! Like I always end up saying a company is only as good as the people who work for that company.
