Regional foods, what ya got others aint??

Man, I had some of the best red beans and rice I've had in a long long time. Had them at a new seafood restaurant in New Albany.


Hull and Highwater  is the name of the place.

Geo, I'll bring red beans & rice for dinner on one of our spring fishing trips. You won't believe the difference. I can't get i in restaurants because I know what it SHOULD taste like!

From growing up in Mississippi: Country Pleasing' brand smoked sausage, tamales, crawfish boils with all the veggies, pork rinds hot outta the fryer, and Granny's fried chicken.
