Great bass fishing from yak at the Wendell Ford training site in Muhlenberg county. Looking forward to Elkhorn. Also been kayak fishing in Tampa Bay, Gulf of Mexico, Destin Bay, and some other saltwater destinations.
When you are in a kayak you are totally in tune with the water. As long as your arms work, you can get back - no worries about motors. And rigging a kayak is a great hobby - I have electronics, rod holders, the works, and I love fiddling with it.
I am always looking for folks to go out with, and I have an extra rigged boat - anyone who wants to hook up, just let me know.
