    TERRIBLE

If you haven't opened it go ahead and take it back. its a strong line but is absolutely terrible for casting and tying knots. For that price range i would look at seagaur red label. a much better line in my opinion

I like it for a leader when I'm trolling and wintertime ultra clear water fishing. It sinks. It has it's good points but I have found that hot temps and sunlight is a real enemy of it. An older fisherman that uses it exclusively keeps his stored in the fridge.
    Hope this helps.

Pretty bad stuff............Mostly knot strength issues.

Maybe try some of the modified knots for the vanish. I must admit though, I started on vanish as my first flouro, and I thought all flouro was finicky, and I LEARNED to fish with it.

Now that I use better flouro, it actually helped me "manage" my techniques with flouro.

    Later,

    Geo

I use P line, 8 lb for light rigs like shakey heads and 15 lb for heavy rigs like pig and jigs. Have tried others but they dont seem as strong.
