11.2 feet over summer pool and rising. Emergency Spillway is running water.
Mostly muddy, to murky some clear water near the dam.
Trees are mostly under water stump fields.
Hoosier Hills is the only Marina Currently open.
145 Bridge has a clearance of 6 inches.
Painters Creek Bridge on the south side is only bridge you can get under.
Temps from high 40's up the river to 56 in backs of creeks.

3 Pound 4 Ounce Crappie caught April 27.  A 3 pound 2 ounce White Crappie

We have high water at this time and do expect more high water by the weekend.
We are now at 5 ft above summer pool with muddy water and water temp about in the mid 30’s

J & R Guide Service found surface water temp. from 62 - 65.5 degrees at Patoka today ( 4/21/08) and the Crappie turned on big time . We caught 75+ crappie with 20 of them measuring 10 - 12 inches . Alot could have been cleaners but we only keep 25 crappie . Tube Jigs and Twister Tails did the trick in 7 feet of water . We caught these fish in the upper end of little Patoka River . Also caught were three White Bass and 15 undersize bass that were released. Better go now !!!!!!!!!!!!!
